Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ward joined Chatham Capital in 2016. He is responsible for the oversight and management of all accounting, audit, tax and finance functions for the firm including the reporting of investment transactions, annual audit and tax preparation, capital planning and financial performance modeling for the firm investment and operational activities. Prior to joining Chatham Capital, Mr. Ward acquired two decades accounting and audit experience, including participation on audit and consulting engagements of several Fortune 100 companies and alternative asset management firms. Mr. Ward has worked for several renowned global firms including, Guggenheim Partners, J.P. Morgan Private Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Ward is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a dual B.S. degree in Accounting and Finance from St. John’s University (NY).
